Proposal to include dataset: Täglich aktualisierte Luftqualitätsmessungen, seit 1983

Dataset properties

Additional notes

  • Dataset is provided with one file per year. They will need to be downloaded sequentially and combined
  • Daily records -> aggregate by month

Questions

  • There are multiple locations within Zurich which are not present in our spatialunits. Should we keep them (as strings) or average them into a single "Stadt Zürich" location
  • Should we create additional indices upon aggregation (min/max/mean)?

In general I think the proposals in both questions are reasonable. My suggestions are only driven by simplification:

  • I would pick one station which is present over all datasets (all years) and only use this as a representation of the city of Zurich. This can be explained in the metadata table (if needed)
  • I would not create further indices as this could also be created with SQL Code/by the model.

But in the end I guess it is something also the team of the ZHAW could weigh in @nooralahzadeh

Thanks for the effort :)
