Custom LCD network-id not accepted! #346

Hi,

I have a problem with adding a custom LCD.

Both station and the extension require the network-id to be one of the hard-coded values. This makes adding a custom LCD not usable of I have a different network-id chosen for my LCD.

Please advise.
