[💡 Feature]: Allow to run shell scripts from within the markdown widget

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Many people put shell commands into a markdown file, e.g. to describe how to setup a certain project. Often folks have to manually copy & paste this into the terminal.

Describe the solution you'd like.

If someone creates a markdown file with a code block that is annotated with sh we should overlay it with a play button to allow running the command directly from the terminal.
