@n-kall asked me to create an issue concerning the default PPC plot for categorical outcomes, which is less than ideal.
Maybe it would be nice to be able to generate plots such as the below? The plot below is based on a categorical regression model fit to the Palmers penguins dataset. Instead of showing kdeplots or histograms for the outcomes based on the posterior draws, it shows kdeplots of specific covariates, grouped according to the outcome data/predictions, i.e. in the below plot each facet represents one covariate, while each color represents one species of penguins.
