Right now we log an array of warnings, we could make this friendlier/more legible. I'm thinking closer to what we do for other linters.

Acceptance criteria

The comment line performance linter should output warnings organized by category
The output format should align with what we use in https://github.com/stamen/mapbox-gl-style-linter
