Could include

  • top 10 values as plain text in email
  • visualization as attachment?
  • full csv as attachment?
  • link to website for more

link to website is good, but that puts the responsibility on us to keep the data safe. See also my other comment about optimal output - we are very involved with not just predicting TCRs but actually manufacturing them. We could use this as a great way to support our cloning platform

Since the analysis only takes <2minutes now, maybe there is no need to email the user when it is done?
