Is there a plan for official releases into kinetic and melodic? Can I help with them somehow?

I've tried building the whole repo on melodic and there was no problem.

I got bag_add_time_offset.py and check_delay.py to run on Noetic with https://github.com/HannesBachter/srv_tools/tree/fix/python3 - I'll propose a PR as soon as there is a new Melodic or Noetic branch

If there is noetic branch or that can do something similar, I will be able to contribute to migrate scripts of bag_tools.
How to create the branch for this?

Trying to help checking buildability on newer hosts and environments in #29 (comment) and apparently some changes are needed. If you can contribute to that PR that is great.
