Re-order Spree Core Topics

When I view this page the topics are ordered alphabetically with 'Activator' first, which doesn't make sense for users. I think they should be ordered by importance of the model. For example,

• Products
• Inventory
• Orders
• Shipping
• Addresses
• Payments
• Taxation
• Calculators
• Adjustments
• Preferences
• Activators
• Promotions

@tracymu @catherine-jones 👍 I agree with you, re-ordering by that ordering would make things easier to understand for beginner, can you two please submit a PR for this? TIA
