Docs Update (api endpoint)

The docs are not clear that the URL provided is supposed to be the API endpoint. Spinning up the Splunk AMI, then poking at it with the Splunk TF provider was giving me HTTPS errors, forgetting that the endpoint was the API endpoint at 8089.
