Pivot table filter menus do not contain the correct items

The filter menu for a horizontal header does not seem to contain correct items:

In the above, the filter menu should have items 'balance_type' and 'demand'

The vertical menus seem to contain too many items, too.

@soininen Has this maybe been fixed when fixing the issues with the tabs? I tested quickly and I saw no issues.

At least in Value pivot view, the filter menus for different entity class dimensions show all elements of all dimension and the relationship names regardless of dimension. This doesn't seem to be fixed.
