Change "My competitions" competitors colors

When viewing the competitors of your competition, members are always marked in green. There should be a different colors for members that don't have a WCA ID assigned.

In addition, when you click the "Revise new competitors bottom", new competitors change the color from yellow to green if they don't have WCA ID and to red if they have a WCA ID no assigned. This caused some confusions as members and new competitor became the same color.
