Fixer la version de bundler dans le bootstrap #59

Je suis tombé là dessus en bootstrapant un autre serveur similaire.
La version 2 de bundler est sortie, et c'est celle installé par défaut, alors qu'on veut bundler 1.16.5.

Il suffit de forcer ça via gem install bundler -v '1.16.5'
