I like it. that will be a breaking change and requires a new major version. I started this process some time ago. There is a 2.x branch, because of constant requests to extend ICS, I decided to find a proper solution for ICS and ship it all together with types. I think we can wait 1-2 months for new requests for new ICS optional components and then see a better picture. My goal was to avoid a lot of breaking major releases.
