On predicting mortality counts using ANOVA-type P-spline models

This repository contains the R code to fit the model described in the paper "On predicting mortality counts using ANOVA-type P-spline models" (Etxeberria et al., 2015)

R code to predict using the time extended ANOVA-type P-spline model is included here.
