Common Plotting Style

set in ./ipython_kernel_config.py in top-level directory
symbolic links from subdirectories to top-level file
figures are stored in two formats
1. SVG for online viewing
2. PDF for export of notebooks

Continuous Integration

Is realised by executing all notebooks using sphinx with the nbsphinx extension

sphinx configuration: ./conf.py
