Feat: Configuration additions

Most notably, the CSS Settings section & json file were not found on the page. Those could be added in, with the missing keys related to the styles from the propulsion.settings.json file. This addition required some refactoring of other sections of the Configuration page.

Additionally, there was some cleanup needed in each of the json files in regards to all of the explanation tables (tried to add more consistent language or sentence-tense in the descriptions)
