Issue HLA-1242 was created on JIRA by Steve Goldman:

We need to insure that, in the future, we do not run into a scenario like in HLA-1209 where user inputs were being ignored without them (or us) realizing. We need to test all available options for astrodrizzle.astrodrizzle() and insure that they work as intended. Ideally this would also be apply to the other top level calls, but astrodrizzle is a higher priority.

Test must include astrodrizzle parameters, flags like mdriztab=True and updatewcs=True, as well as invalid input parameters.
