Describe the bug
Mark Neris Tools are Anchored making is when you equip them you get brought somewhere and then die when you unequip it.

To Reproduce
Get a tool at the Duty Free at Mark Neris Airport and Equip and Unequip it

Expected behavior
Fix the bug, unanchored the tools? Not sure what your suppose to do but I think just unanchor.
