[Bug]: Android - The text of the notification does not change when it is impossible to unbound

Preconditions

User has a tokens for Bond

Steps to reproduce

1. Invite friends & Earn
2. Get more invitations
3. Enter desire amount of invitations less than balance amount -> Bond XOR is available
4. Enter desire amount of invitations greater than balance amount -> Bond XOR is not available

Actual behavior

The text of the notification does not change when it is impossible to unbound.

"Ensure that you have 210 XOR left after
this transaction. Otherwise, you won't be
able to do another transaction."

Expected behavior

We need to change text of the notification when it is impossible to unbound.
