Add multiple volumes (multiple blob stores)

To help with the grouping and organization of repositories, we'd like to create a few different blob stores in our environment. How would we create these as volumes first in the helm chart? I know that the blob stores would be created manually, but we would like to attach the multiple volumes through the helm chart.

Not sure how to do this currently
