Long titles shortened

Hi! First of all, thanks for this theme, it looks awesome here in MATE. However, it has a caveat, and it's shown in the attached screenshot below.
When a notification title is long, it's shortened in the beginning instead of showing the entire title. Is this deliberate or it may be fixed?

It's deliberate - so we don't end up with infinitely sized titles. I guess we could switch it for line wrap but it's likely gonna look trashy

Well... so for me, where can I modify the length at least? I mean some code line or something Does not only shortened on title songs (i.e.), also in some messages like the unmounting device in MATE with Caja, it's also shortened and sometimes it gets annoying.
