For example, say someone wants to reporter a problem with a line of code. They don't know the codebase, so they just want to point it out. With the current setup, they would need to create a stackblitz account and setup a new app, or upload a github repository. Clarity is very important, and providing an example app is part of that. But in this case, it complicates things.
At the end of the day, the reporter is volunteering their expertise. They're identifying a problem nobody else saw. I think the repo should at least allow blank issues in addition to the issue template.
