Process list of disputes that CRUD and WAC tests uncovered

Continuing from a conversation on the test-suite repo.

I'd also like to better understand the type and causes of disputes eg. are there different interpretations (or preferences) on functionality and why?

Yes, you can see all of that by following the links to spec issues, 4 in solid-contrib/web-access-control-tests#34 and 2 in solid-contrib/solid-crud-tests#46

can we verify the test results?

Yes, unskip the tests listed and then run the tests against each server. So where it says it.skip or describe.skip, you change it to it or describe respectively, and then run the tests as you normally would for CRUD or for WAC, following the readme instructions.

How can we improve from here?

Resolve these 6 disputes one by one! :)

Sarven and I went through the list on Friday, and reached "something that looks like a conclusion" on each of them.
