Wouldn't it be nice if some of the output messages from hldig and the other programs in the package output strings in other languages?

I'm working on it...

I edited the source and Makefiles to support internationalization. Now all we need are translators. :) Ram may start working on a Nepali translation.

I learned about the Translation Project last night. It seems we don't need to do translations. I can still merge any in and they can be used for the next month or two. But after I have a complete English POT file, I can send it to the Translation project https://translationproject.org/html/welcome.html

The Translation Project has certain requirements that a project must meet. One is the quality of the project, though it's not mentioned on their web site. I've decided that we'll do our own translations and not go through the TP. More info to come. (see also #52).
