Fix bug, which prevent building native node modules on Vagrant NFS mount

solution:

/usr/lib/node_modules/npm/node_modules/node-gyp/gyp/pylib/gyp/generator/make.py

search: copy_archive_arguments = '-af'

replace: copy_archive_arguments = '-PRf'
