Cluster creation error

Issue/Feature Description:
not able to create cluster even after giving the code
$kind create cluster --config kind config.yaml

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
we need to solve this issue to deploy kahu

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
we will have to create kind_config.yaml manually with the following code cat kind_config.yaml
apiversion
-role: control-panel
-role: worker
-role: worker
