There should be some kind of constraints and/or responsibilities for an open project's admins to protect against spam. For example, maybe we should require that you configure email alerts for all wiki changes if you have an open project.
Of course we should also come up with some spam moderation features e.g. flagging spammer accounts and purging spam edits from wiki history.
Need to think about this more.
