  • It might not always be best to mine from the head of a shard
  • It might not always be best to include blocks towards the head of another shard (for example, if a shard is following a separate subchain of another shard, it might be best to continue following that sub)
  • Might be able to solve both issues by adjusting work calculation to be shard inclusion aware
  • It might also be fun to just stub this out and let people get competitive with solving this
