IS POPULAR FOR CRYPTO COINS TO HAVE TOKENOMICS WHERE THEY REDISTRIBUTE SOME % FROM THE SENDER TO ALL THE HOLDERS.

I PROPOSE THAT WE SHOULD TAKE SOME % FROM THE HOLDERS AND GIVE TO THE SENDER.
