We currently use https://github.com/maypok86/otter for caching BloomFilter.
Ascertain all places where cache is required.

Rust implementation uses foyer (in-mem + disk), moka etc

I did not find a hybrid cache lib in Go.
More investigation required.

For a first pass we can continue using otter wherever cache is needed.
