Support for playing .wav or .ogg file in the menu system (q2pro.menu)
Optional fade-in and fade-out when entering the menu and exiting the menu?

music <music.ogg|music.wav>  <fadein [0/1]> <fadeout [0/1]>

Supporting multiple OGG tracks with background track paused while menu is up should be doable. Fade-in/fade-out would be harder to implement.
