Crafting Recipe

What it does

Using Red Matter to compress four rings of power into one. The Ring of Arcana cycles through the four rings powers (press G). When active (right click to toggle) the area is affected the same way as the active power's ring. Unlike the individual rings operating the Ring of Arcana does not consume EMC.
