Hi,
tried fixing the issue already but did not succeed yet.
When creating a Utility Module without providing a subpath and choosing yarn or pnpm yeoman will try to install dependencies once the package.json changes.
This results in two lock files after creation.
It's not a major issue but could create confusion. This does not happen if you choose a directory that is not the one the shell/terminal running in.
