Chapters are ordered alphabetically.

When the Chapter column of a books reading page is sorted, they are ordered alphabetically, but I'd expect them to be numerically or by the import order.

As it stands the chapters can't be ordered in reverse order as they should be read.

Since the chapter name ordering is technically correct, I think I'll add an import order index to it, and let the users rearrange them later on.
