Manifests should infer default fonts based on wght and ital axes

Manifests can set defaultttf, defaultwoff, defaultwoff2 by choosing the font file with 'wght' = 400 and 'ital' = 0. Theoretically there may be rare examples where this is not the case, however those situations can be handled if they appear.
