We want users to be able to easily find information on how to incorporate Sigstore into their CI. The following items are part of this effort.

Add a CI Quickstart
Rework the overview section to include more information about using Sigstore with CI
Add a question to the FAQ about CI signing/verifying
Add a Threat Model
Add a top level section called something like "Integrating Sigstore into your CI" that includes comprehensive information
Refresh OIDC information
