Add defaults to setup process #105

I tried the setup process and when asked about oauth I just hit enter expecting a default to be created in the settings file. In reality this just leaves an empty field in the settings file which causes a crash when trying to parse it as a boolean.

the question now uses query_yes_no function so it should no longer be a problem
