After the addition of power on/off code, we have an issue on the real hardware where BMC/IPMI server stops responding after receiving a series of commands.

This is probably a bug in BMC in the machines I have. Worked around it by implementing basic RedFish support: siderolabs/omni-infra-provider-bare-metal#8
