Code-folding folds blank lines #5

With slim-lang like (+/- indicating fold state):

- .section
   - h1 Test

- .section
  - h2 Test

If I fold one of the first .section, it ends up looking like this:

+ .section
- .section
  - h2 Test

Expected: I would expect the fold not to include the blank line and it should be

+ .section

- .section
  - h2 Test
