These programs use the FFTW subroutine package from www.fftw.org
which must be installed separately to compile.

computem uses wxWidgets which must be separately downloaded from
wxWidgets.org and compiled.

The Windows binary executable files use libfftw3f-3.dll which
must be in the PATH.
