[Feat]: Create a view profile page displaying developer details with full-screen image view and clickable URLs

What feature?

I propose to add a View Profile page where users can see all the details of a developer's profile. This page will be well-organized, displaying the following fields:

1. Name
2. Location
3. Bio
4. Avatar (with a feature to view the image in full screen)
5. Portfolio (with a clickable link)
6. Skills (displayed as a list or tags)
7. Social Links (GitHub, Twitter, LinkedIn) with clickable URLs.

Features:

Full-Screen Image View:
Users can click on the avatar/profile image, and it will open in full-screen mode for a better view.

Clickable URLs:
Portfolio, GitHub, Twitter, and LinkedIn links will be displayed as clickable text/icons that redirect users to the respective pages in a new tab.

Structured Layout:
A clean and well-organized display of the user's profile data, including labels for each field.

Mobile Responsiveness:
Ensure the view profile page is mobile-responsive and provides an intuitive user experience on all devices.
