This is not in sql standard but some libraries are using {{ abc }} for interpolation
currently this works like this:

SELECT
  {{abc}},
FROM
  table_name

becomes:

SELECT
  { { abc } },
FROM
  table_name

Would you accept handling this, maybe as an option ?
