Docs website needs to position sidebar to match content

Maybe this needs to be a WA component ;)

When I select a top (eg "tab group") from the left hand nav list, when the content loads the nav is positioned back at the top. Would be nicer to have it anchored at the visible item

Thanks. We have some logic for that, but it recently broke and I believe @KonnorRogers may have a fix for it already.
