DroidVim no longer on Google Play Store! What caused that?

I was told that DroidVim can no longer be found on Google Play Store!

I suppose the previous App URL is:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.droidvim

There is no information on the Internet that explained what happened.

Any idea what happened?

Did the developer quietly pull DroidVim from Google Play Store?

Did Google pull it without an easily-found message?

Did the great fix that enabled Direct Access to internal storage on Android 11 or later, with MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission ran afoul with some Android rule?

It would be great to know the reason!

Maybe the reason droidvim is not in the play store, the answer is similar to termux not in the play store.

Termux is in the Play Store.
