I had the same issue. I fixed by removing the integrations via HACS, restarting, installing again in the order ha-dyson and then ha-dyson-cloud, then doing this all again. Afraid I have no idea which part of this witchcraft actually solved the issue.

@AnthonyBe if you're using one of the Home Assistant apps, try resetting the frontend cache after uninstalling, and then again after reinstalling ha-dyson.

Also ha-dyson-cloud seems to refer to an old version of libdyson and can interfere with the installation, so shouldn't be installed. See this thread for more details: shenxn/libdyson#15 (comment)

Somehow my integration stopped working. After several attempts at reconnecting i decided to reinstall the integration and now I'm seeing this exact samen error (that's why i came here/found this thread)....

I just tried again as I'm running HA 2022.6.7 (install HACS repo for Dyson Cloud v0.15.0, restart HA, add 'Dyson Cloud' integration) and got same error as in the original post in this thread:

Yeah, was having the issue on 2022.6.5, but seemed fine once on .7.

Had this exact issue on a new setup (fan bought today, installed everything fresh). First thing i did was update my home assistant installation, didnt change anything. Then i removed the integrations completely from HACS, did a restart and reinstall and presto. All works fine.

I'm still seeing the same issue and I did a remove of both local and cloud in haces reboot add local reboot add cloud reboot try to add and nothing work

Might want to give it a couple tries in different order, there could be some weirdness playing a part here. Once you get it going it does work so everything is still functional.

@shenxn Any updates on this issue? It's been a couple of months now and those who are using the newer purifiers without the wifi sticker are unable to use the integration. Thanks in advanced!
