Itermediate output file missing

Hello!
I just installed and tested 'diffreps' using exemplary files with the command:
diffReps.pl --treatment h3k9me3.coc.r1.bed h3k9me3.coc.r2.bed --control h3k9me3.sal.r1.bed h3k9me3.sal.r2.bed h3k9me3.sal.r3.bed --gname mm9 -me nb
A couple of files got generated (diff.nb.txt; diff.nb.txt.hotspot) but the run ended up with: '/Applications/anaconda2/bin/refgene_getnearestgene: /Applications/anaconda2/bin/refgene_getnearestgene: cannot execute binary file
Itermediate output file missing: No such file or directory. Execution halt!'
I'm not sure what caused it.
