shadowsocks-rust on openwrt

Hi everybody,

I have made an application module shadowproxy for openwrt 22.03, which is based on nftables. It works well on my local device (R2S Plus and openwrt-22.03). The target is to make the configuration of shadowsocks-rust tproxy+dns easy. So it does not offer too many configurable items.

Besides, we can setup the openwrt with DDNS+OpenVPN, so anyone could use the shadowsocks-rust proxy with OpenVPN clients instead.

Here I want to collect more test and suggestions for the app. And any PR is welcome. It also supplies a binary file for aarch64 device. If someone needs more platforms support, please use the official file instead.
