Detailed ROI data folder being created with no .csv file contained

After clicking, "Analyze ROI Data: Aggregates" and selecting "Save detailed ROI bout data", I am only receiving the ROI_entry_data, ROI_time_data file, and Detailed_ROI_data folder but the folder is empty, not containing the expected .csv file.

Thanks for reporting @Kglasp - I did a quick check, maybe the documentation is wrong:

Do you see a file called Detailed_ROI_data_20241009171007.csv (with a slightly different timestamp final numbers of course) ?

If you see it, and open it, does it contain the detailed data for all your videos ?

Hi Simon,

Unfortunately, there is no .csv file of the Detailed_ROI_data anywhere. Here are the only files located in the logs folder after analyzing the ROI data. The folder titled Detailed_ROI_data is empty.

@Kglasp thanks, which version of Simba are you using, i.e. which version do you see printed out when running pip show simba-uw-tf-dev in your simba environment ?

Ah, one more question to troubleshoot this - I see that the files you have are very small. E.g., 1kb for the ROI entry and the ROI time data - is it possible that you are analyzing a small amount of data, and the animals never enter the ROIs, and those two files are empty showing that the animals never enter the ROIs?

I am using Version: 1.97.7. Also, I am only attempting to analyze a single video with a single animal at the moment. I do believe the body part of interest is entering the ROI I have drawn given that this is the contents of the ROI_entry_data .csv.

@Kglasp, got it. Can you update Simba with pip install simba-uw-tf-dev --upgrade and let me know if you see the same issue in the lastest version?

I updated Simba as you suggested; however, upon trying to relaunch the GUI, I am now getting an "access denied" error.

I'm not familiar with this one - does it persist if you restart the terminal too, and/or run the terminal in admin mode?
