User Story

As a developer, I want to restructure the site, so that future development of a new index.html page doesn't overwrite the existing functionality.

Use Case

  1. User launches sfcrimedata.org.
  2. No change in the end result for the user. The same page the user sees today as index.html is presented to the user seamlessly. The only change is that the URL in the address bar indicates the page is research.html.

Acceptance Criteria

No change in site functionality.
