Deploying via github actions uses dev build

Hello all, I am trying to finish the flow used by github actions and there is just one issue left. When next is deployed through github actions it uses 'dev' build instead of prod. The command to deploy is 'npx sls ' with 'node_env=production' but the result is the same. Any ideas where the issue is are welcome!
